• You must save your deposit TrxID — without it, your deposit cannot be processed.

• Odds may change during live betting due to streaming delays — 444 Games is not responsible for any such delays.
• A maximum bet limit applies per account and may vary depending on the market.

444 Games offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% of your first deposit, capped at ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount on Sports Betting.
• Reload Bonus: Applicable on a weekly or monthly basis. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Free Bet: Must be used on specific odds or markets. Free bet winnings can be withdrawn directly.
• Cashback: Applies as a set percentage of net losses. Usually calculated at the end of each week.
• Each bonus may only be used on one account, within one household, or from one IP address.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.

444 Games is a fair and honest platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Attempting to identify system vulnerabilities or engaging in hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling funds from illegal sources.

444 Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Users may also close their own account at their discretion.

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your available balance before closing.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, you can self-exclude for a set period of time.
• Closure by 444 Games: Accounts may be suspended without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Any eligible balance will be returned after account closure; however, bonus-related balances may be forfeited.

444 Games is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost or an error occurs due to an internet connection issue.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• When the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical failure.
• If a user shares their password or account details with someone else and suffers a loss as a result.

However, if a loss is caused by a fault on the platform's end, 444 Games will investigate the matter and provide a fair resolution.

444 Games reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or email.

• The date of any change will be noted at the top of this page under "Last Updated."
• If no objection is raised within 7 days of a change, the updated terms will be considered accepted.
• If you do not accept a major change, you may request to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the 444 Games support team first. We aim to respond to every complaint within 48 hours.

• Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published.
• For payment issues, submitting the TrxID and a screenshot helps resolve the matter faster.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may request an escalated review.
